Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By confirming a booking with Claro Speciality Coffee Catering, you agree to all the points below.

  1. VAT. All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the final total.
  2. Booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after the deposit payment has been received.
  3. Deposit. A deposit of 1,500 AED is required to reserve the requested date.
  4. Payment receipt. Once the payment is completed, please share the payment receipt with us for confirmation.
  5. Remaining balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the event.
  6. Service duration. Claro Catering service is provided for 5 hours only. Any additional hour will be charged at 150 AED per hour.
  7. Refund policy. The deposit is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled at least 3 weeks before the event date.
  8. Approved refunds. In some cases, events may be cancelled due to unexpected circumstances. If the cancellation is approved for a refund, the refunded amount will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  9. Extra consumption. If additional cups or items are consumed beyond the confirmed order, the extra amount must be paid on the same day after the event.
  10. Changes & rescheduling. Any changes to the event date, time, location, or order details must be communicated at least one week in advance and are subject to availability.
  11. Delays. Claro Catering is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect location details, access restrictions, or last-minute changes from the client's side.
  12. Final confirmation. Final confirmation of the booking means the client agrees to all the terms and conditions listed above.
